Tyndall Manchester have calculated a carbon budget for Greater Manchester.
As part of the SCATTER (Setting City Areas Targets and Trajectories for Emission Reductions) project commissioned by Greater Manchester Combined Authority and The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Tyndall Manchester have calculated a carbon budget for Greater Manchester that is compatible with the commitment in The Paris Climate Agreement.
