Keynote presentation at international conference in Manipur

Chris Walsh gave a keynote presentation for the Don Bosco College, Manipur, India International Conference.
Speaking on the theme of “Reconciliation, Transformation, and Peace Building: From Intractable Conflict to Sustainable Reconciliation.”
Chris talked about his work with faith communities, aid organisations and community responses to extreme climate events to an audience of academics and students at Don Bosco College. This conference was organised as a response to the ongoing ethnic conflict in Manipur—a region rich in cultural and ecological diversity but strained by fractured relationships, displacement, and fragile trust. Organisers saw it not just as an academic event, but as a step toward dialogue, justice, healing, and sustainable peace.
